Head of Human Resources

Monica Dotti is Head of Human Resources and Organization at Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR, a role she assumed in July 2026. She brings extensive experience in human resources management, with a strong track record in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and human capital strategy within international business environments. Prior to joining Fondo Italiano d’Investimento, Monica served as HR Business Partner Manager at Ambienta, where she played a key role in supporting the firm’s growth through strategic HR initiatives, talent recruitment, performance assessment, learning and development, and organizational design. Previously, she spent more than seven years at Deutsche Bank, taking on positions of increasing responsibility within the Human Resources function. In this capacity, she partnered with senior management across several business divisions, including Private Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate Banking, and Lending, contributing to the development and execution of people strategies aligned with business objectives. She began her professional career through Deutsche Bank’s international Graduate Program and also gained early experience at Ernst & Young.

Monica holds a Master’s Degree in Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. As part of her academic journey, she also completed a study program at the University of California, Irvine (UCI), further strengthening her international perspective and cross-cultural experience.
