Senior Partner

Enrico Orsenigo is a Senior Partner at Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR, where he leads Fondo Italiano Filiere Strategiche, a fund dedicated to strengthening Italy’s strategic industrial value chains. With nearly 30 years of experience in private equity, infrastructure and energy, prior to joining Fondo Italiano d’Investimento he was Partner and Head of Infrastructure & Energy at BIP Corporate Finance & Strategy. Previously, as CEO Italy at Qualitas Energy, he led the development of the Group’s Italian platform, focused on investments in renewable energy and the energy transition. He also worked at Palladio Holding, where he established and led VEI Green and VEI Green II, investment platforms dedicated to renewable energy, and held senior positions at Royal Bank of Scotland and BNP Paribas, gaining extensive experience in project finance and infrastructure transactions across the energy, transport and utilities sectors.

Enrico holds a degree in Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
