Giosuè Ansideri

Legal Counsel

Giosuè Ansideri is a Legal Counsel within the Legal, Corporate Affairs and Privacy Department of Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR, which he joined in June 2026. Previously, from September 2022 to May 2026, he worked at Lener & Partners, where he specialized in corporate law, banking law, and financial markets law.

Giosuè graduated cum laude from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and is qualified to practice law in Italy. He is currently pursuing a PhD under a joint supervision program between the University of Rome Tor Vergata and the Universitat de València. He also serves as a Teaching Assistant and Subject Matter Expert in Financial Markets Law and Banking Law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, and in Financial Markets Law at LUISS Guido Carli University. In addition, he is the author of several academic publications in the field of financial markets law.
