Martina Bertana is an Associate FIAF at Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR, where she joined in September 2025. Before joining the Fondo Italiano team, Martina worked for nearly two years at Boston Consulting Group in the Private Equity practice, supporting leading Italian and international investment funds primarily on Due Diligence activities and post‑acquisition value creation. She then became part of the investment team at White Bridge Investments, an investment holding company specializing in private equity transactions, where for about two years she worked on buy‑out deals and portfolio management for Italian and European small and mid‑cap companies across various sectors, including medical, agri, and industrial.

Martina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Turin and a Master in Management from ESCP.
