Rosanna Volpe

Head of Fund Accounting Unit 1

Rosanna is Head of Fund Accounting Unit 1 and Responsible for maintaining the AUI at Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR, where she joined in 2010. Until 2012, she served as CFO of the SGR and the first fund, as well as Acting Head of the General Secretariat. From 2021 to 2024, she was Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Milanosport S.p.A. In 2022, she was appointed Independent Director on the Board of Extrabanca S.p.A., a position confirmed in 2025. Previously, from 1999 to 2004, she worked as Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers S.p.A. From 2005 to 2009, she was Administrative Manager at Fidia SGR S.p.A. (Mediobanca Group) and the related private equity fund listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, also serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors. In 2010, she took on the role of Administrative Manager at Intesa Previdenza SIM S.p.A. (Intesa Sanpaolo Group) and its related funds (both open and closed).

Rosanna graduated with honors in Economics and Business Administration, with an economic-business focus, from the University of Bari. She earned with honors and distinction a Master’s degree in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Corporate Financial Control from Collegio Ghislieri in Pavia. Since 2003, she has been registered as a Certified Auditor. In May 2025, she obtained the “InTheBoardRoom” diploma.
