Elena Gerlin

Senior Associate

Elena Gerlin is a Senior Associate at Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR, where she joined in January 2024. After initially working at Fondo Italiano as part of the FITEC team in 2019, she spent five years at the portfolio company Healthware Group, handling the group's M&A activities and finalizing five international operations, in addition to managing the corporate venture capital operations of the subsidiary Healthware Ventures. She also contributed to the sales process of the parent company to a leading US industrial operator.

Elena Gerlin earned her Master's Degree in Corporate Finance and Banking, with honours, from the EDHEC Business School, after having received her full-marks Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Bologna.
